8. Product Fitment Responsibility

Fitting services are available at additional cost upon request.
9. Installation & Compliance (NZTA)
Many products require correct installation to meet New Zealand Transport Agency (NZTA) standards.

- Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance
- We are not liable for issues caused by incorrect installation
10. Off-Road Use & Certification
Some products are intended for off-road use only.
If used on public roads:

11. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

13. Returns & Refunds
Change of Mind
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging in resellable condition
All change-of-mind returns are subject to a restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. The restocking fee may vary depending on the product and supplier requirements.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Installed or used products
- Special order items
- Items not in original condition
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, remedies will be provided in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act.
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
