Diff Lock Air Actuators allow you to replace the forever problematic electric actuator’s commonly found on the 70/80/79/100 Series Land-cruisers, Prado’s and in some cases on the Hilux with a simple air activated system. The factory electric motors are prone to water ingress which will cause rust/corrosion and either stop you from engaging or disengaging the diff lock.

They are direct fit and all parts are supplied to install the actuators to the diff head. You can wire the system to use standard carling switches (ARB etc) or wire them to the factory Toyota rotary switch – all your factory dash lights will work as normal.

As these are engaged with air, you are required to have an onboard air supply.

Notes

• You will have to wire the solenoid, external switch or Toyota switch, compressor, etc. we don’t supply wiring for this as each vehicle will have different requirements.
